Online self-service

On the gas and electricity self-service website manogile.lt, you can submit meter readings and review and pay bills (invoices). You’ll also find accurate information about the rates that apply to you and your consumption history. To do all that on your smartphone, use the Manogile.lt app (AndroidiOS).

If you currently lack a grid connection, you can submit an application for one on the manogile.lt website.

Telephone

Call the gas and electricity consumer hotline on 1802 to get up-to-date information about gas prices and payment methods, balances due, and for any questions about making a contract.

You can also submit meter readings by phone, order a print-out of your payment record (e.g., to provide to a notary if you sell your apartment or house), update your contact details or consult on other issues of concern to you regarding gas and electricity consumption.

E-mail/web

Queries may be submitted 24/7 by sending an e-mail to info@letiekimas.lt or completing the online contact form. You can do so to find out about gas prices, get advice on concluding or revising contracts, determine the most convenient payment options, learn your payments balance, submit meter readings, order a print-out of your payment record (e.g., to provide to a notary if you sell your apartment or house), update your contact details or get other relevant information. If you want to make a contract without leaving home, you can submit all the necessary documentation by e-mail.

Customer Service Centres

Our customers can get all the services they need related to gas and electricity consumption at the Gilė service centres. You can complete applications, sign contracts, consult about matters of concern to you and get any other information you need. There are Gilė service centres in 5 major cities of Lithuania.
